Carlisle Soccer is pleased to announce their annual "Premier 3v3 Academy" summer program.  The program looks to build on the success achieved last year while continuing to provide a fun and competitive soccer experience in the fast paced 3v3 environment.  The program will kick-off the first week of June at Hellenic Park with tryouts for the Elite teams.  It will continue through the summer and conclude with the Kick-It 3v3 Regional Championship in Rock Hill, SC August 1st-2nd.

Two levels of play will be offered this year:

Elite - Elite teams are for the competitive player that wants to play at the highest level of competition.  Teams will be formed through a tryout process and rosters will be fixed from that point on.  Elite teams will compete in multiple regional and national competitions with the ultimate goal of qualifying and competing at the Kick-It 3v3 World Championships in Orlando Florida in January 2010.

Standard- Standard teams will be based on a pool training concept for players that are looking to improve their skills over the summer in a fun environment along with competing in local tournaments.  Teams will be selected for each tournament based on availability of players and/or for groups of players that would like to play together.  Team rosters may/will change weekend to weekend based on the availability of players.  Teams, depending on caliber, may play in either the top division of Kick-It or the second division; this decision will be made by the Academy Director.

Tryout Dates:      

  • Elite Only - June 1st (boys), June 2nd (girls) - tryouts - 6:00p.m.

 Training Sessions:   

  • Elite and Standard begins June 4th
  • June 4, 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25
  • July 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 23, 28, 30
  • U6 - U8 - (all players born on or after 8/1/00) - Tues / Thurs     5:30-6:45
  • U9 & older (all players born on 7/31/00 or before) - Tues / Thurs  7:00-8:15
  • No practices the week of June 29th

Cost:  

  • Elite - $130    
  • Standard - $90 
  • Both levels include (2) Premier Academy t-shirts
  • There are additional costs for tournamant entry fees, this will vary based on the number of players on the team

  • Kick-It (regional qualifier) - Statesville, NC - July 11-12
  • Kick-It (national qualifier) - Clarksville, TN - July 25-26 (Elite only)
  • Kick-It (national qualifier) - Rock Hill, SC - August 1-2
  • ***teams must place in top 5 at Kick-It regional qualifier to play in national qualifer***

Premier 3v3 Academy's multiple Regional Championships in 2008 were topped off with the U8 girls Manchester team placing an impressive 3rd place at the Kick-It 3v3 World Championships.  Five other teams also qualified and competed against the best in the United States at Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex this past January.
