Kenzo Tochiki played for many years at CSC on the 82 Blue team. This team achieved seven state championships and played in three region three finals. While attending Myers Park High School he started as a ninth grader on the varsity team and went onto represent the school for four further years. During his high school career he also achieved three conference titles, he was MVP in his sophomore year, as a junior MVP offensive, he was named all state in 1989 and 1999, and all American also in 1999.

In an equally impressive classic career, Kenzo represented North Carolina State Olympic development team 1994 through 2000 and also went onto be selected for the region three team from 1995 to 2000. This team had many success’s, including winning the Bermuda Tournament beating FC Porto, Glasgow Rangers, Bermuda National youth teams. He was also selected to represent the USA national pool team in 1996.

While attending High Point University from 2000 to 2004 he was named all conference in 2003 and 2004 while captaining the team in the same years.

In 1996 Kenzo joined the coaching staff at the CSC Siskey challenge program. In the two years that he has been coaching there, he worked with the younger boys teams. He used his great “eye for detail” and “dedication to skill” in developing his teams. In 1907 he led one of those U9 teams to win a city championship.

Now at CUFC Hellenic Kenzo will continue to share his knowledge and coaching skill with all the U8 teams in starting them to develop a good skill base.
