Vance Carlisle in his youth played in Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) as a provincial and national junior. He has coached for twenty three years in the United States at the classic, challenge and school levels. His teams have always produced a very high winning percentage. Some of these have been at high profile tournaments, State and regional levels of competition. These teams have produced a good number of athletes that have played at State Olympic Development, regional and national levels.
In 2003 he was approached to take the position of Director of Coaching (Challenge) for the CSC Siskey YMCA. This program grew from three challenge teams to twenty one at the tryouts in 2006. During it’s existence this program produced numerous tournament Champions, City Cup Champions, and State Champions.
