In a fun environment we start the “young guns” on the road to set the foundation for a sound soccer base on which they will develop skills and the mind set for a more structured training and practice format. The progressive training will, while dwelling on basic skills, follow a progressive plan from week to week in terms of level of difficulty. This being said, we also observe the variation of attention span of the youngsters and adjust and change to meet their ability to focus.
We develop their strengths while working on improving their weaknesses. Patience is key, as our “hands on” approach to training prepares all players to reach their goals.
In short, we prepare each player for the step up from recreation to the challenge level of play.
